One hand-signed custom permission contract to use one of my designs in your tattoo, on a 9x6 keepsake postcard.
One 8 1/2" by 11" inch small print of the requested art as my gift to you. (gold foil artwork requests will receive a mini 5" x 7" size)
IMPORTANT: please make sure to include YOUR name and the name of the ARTWORK you would like put on the contract portion of the tattoo ticket. A free print of the requested artwork will be included. The artwork name on the ticket and free print must match, as there cannot be any substitutions for different artwork of the free print. Sorry!
